I am on birth control and want to know what diet pill or an herbal weight pill i can tak while i am on a work out program?

Just wanted to know if there was a specific herbal pill you were considering. You're right to check to see if a herbal product might interact with you birth control, but given the large amount of herbal products out there, its hard to give a blanket answer. One herb to definately watch out for while on oral contraceptive is anything containing St. John's Wort... it can decrease the efficacy of birth control pills. Also, what brand of birth control are you taking?
