I am on the birth control pill, I vomited a little while

I am on the birth control pill, I vomited a little while after taking my pill, not sure if my pill also came up, just to make sure I took an extra pill from my spare package I now have that matched the same pill number. Just to be on the safe side. Was this dangerous to do will the extra pill in my system effect my period or lower the pills effectiveness?? Thanks !!!

I took the extra pill from my spare pack I keep just in case I lose one, my doc gave it to me...so I am still on time and not ahead. So everything is still normal right?
