You can request norithisterone 5mg tablets three times daily from your doctor. Start four days before your period is due, continue all the way through and then once you stop taking the tablets, your period will restart in about 3 or 4 days. It may be heavier than normal but at least you will have been back from holiday.

Hope this answers your question

Is there a herbal or more natural form of medicine I can take w/o having to get a RX from Doctor?

Not that will stop your period, there are herbs which can mimic natural oestrogens but the only way of stopping period is either birth control pills or norithisterone.

The tablets themselves shouln't be that expensive as they have been around for years but a prescription is normally required. Depending on your relationship with your doctor, he/she may post a prescription to you without a visit. This is a common request to postpone periods for holidays and honeymoons especially.

Regards
