I messed up a little on my birth control pill ...

I messed up a little on my birth control pill this month, now im spotting and i still have two weeks to go before my period. Ive messed up my bp before and it just made my period start. I felt dizzy and sick all day today, but i think im making myself feel that way. What does it all mean?
