Hi,
Watery vaginal discharge can be normal or may be a sign of lichen sclerosis, vaginal wart and other conditions. In very rare cases, this sort of flow may be indicative of cervical cancer.
If the discharge has increased after you have stoped the birth control pills, then this can be due to the change in hormone levels in your body, specially if the amount and consistency of discharge changes over the month.
Lichen sclerosis is a skin condition involving the vulva. Usually other symptoms like itching are associated. Rarely a watery discharge can be the only symptom.
Lastly you might be having vaginal warts or herpes infection.
I would advise you to consult your Ob/gynae for a complete examination to rule out warts or skin infection. If all the other causes are ruled out, then no need to worry. A watery vaginal discharge can be present normally also.
