I am on ortho evra birth control patch. you are supposed to take one week off without wearing a patch. I did not do this between my last set of patches and my current set. I would have normally gotten my period a week and half ago, when i was not wearing a patch. instead i am on my second patch and I am having spotting. It is like a very very light period. I have cramps like I do with my period, but that is it. Should I be concerened?
