Yes I understand. Bottom line, yes it is something that you should bring up with your doctor. BP differences in the arms can be a sign of aortic dissection, but typically the diiference is 20+ points in the systolic BP. With your cardiac history it doesn't hurt mentioning though!
It is normal for the BP to vary between two arms, as the blood flows through different paths to both arms. Typically the left is higher.
