84 year old grandmother

My 84 year old grandmother is experiencing some symptoms that I would like to know if she needs to be seen for. She had an endoscopy and colonoscopy on friday. She is on several medications. For the past 10 days, or so, she has been off of her blood thinner. She is fatigued, chilled, complains of a headache which feels as though she has a rubber band around her head, and her face is a lot redder than usual. She does take HBP medication. Is there a HBP link here?
