My grandpa is 72 years old and about 10 years ago he had 3 artries unclogged and since then he has taken really good care of his self and watched what he ate. He is in really good shape for his age but the last few weeks he has been having real bad chest pains, shoulder pains, back pain, and pain shotting through his legs. He can barely eat without getting nausea and when he does get to eat it is not very much. He has been on blood pressure meds since his surgery and has never had any problems with his blood pressure but in the last few days his blood preesure has been running really low. The pain he has in his legs hurt so bad that he can barely walk. Could you possible tell me what could be going on. I really am worried that it is something serious. Thank You
