please translate am i ok? i have panic attacks and i worry

can anyone tell me if this is good or bad results for a echo stress test:

Can you PLEASE explain these results to me PLEASE, I am worried about my heart because of the panic attacks. I had a stress test about 6 months ago because I am worried about my heart because of recent panic attacks. my results are as follows: I am a 30 yr old male that weighed 226 at the time at 5'-11. I now weigh 200.
at the time;
my cholesterol was 162.
my LDL was 96.
my HDL was 49.
CMP was normal.
CRP was mildly elevated at 2.3.
triglycerides were 83.
homocystine was 8.2
stress test results:
blood pressure was normal.
Arrhythmia: Occasional and isolated PVCs noted.
ST-T Changes: No diagnostic ST changes observed.
Symptoms: no chest discomfort with exertion.
test was terminated due to shortness of breath.

Echocardiographic findings.
Resting Echo; No significant structural valvular abnormalities seen. there is no chamber enlargement, Left ventricular wall thickness is top normal at 1.1 cm. Left ventricular wall motion and overall systolic function are normal. Doppler examination demonstrates mild tricuspid regurgitation with estimated pulmonary systolic pressure of 26 mmHg.

Exercise Echo: Immediately after exercise, left ventricular cavity decreases and overall contractility improves, no new focal wall motion abnormalities are seen.

Conclusions:
The exercise echo is negative for ischemia at over 100% of age predicated maximum heart rate.
the exercise ECG is also negative for ischemia.
No significant arrhythmias noted during exercise.
Good exercise capacity.
The resting echo demonstrates top normal wall thickness but otherwise unremarkable.
