problems during pregnancy

my 19 yr old daughter is 7 months pregnant. Two weeks ago she started having sudden "attacks" of loss of vision her blood pressure drops extremely low, her pulse rate goes to 98 or so. HEr legs go numb and she's nautious. The nurse thinks it sounds like hypertension...what do you think
