i have numbness in my hands and feet at night

my hands and forearms become numb at night
slso my feet but the hands are worse
i take Vasotec and Cardezem cd for blood pressure which keeps it very regular
i also take a number of vitamins
i lead an active life as a Realtor
although i am 88 and female

Hi

It looks to me like you are pinching some nerves when you are sleeping. The nerves that effect your hands and forearms could be in your wrists, elbows, shoulders, or neck.

There are some exercises you can try in that article as well.

If it continues, you might want to speak to your doctor about it. He/she can do some tests to see if it can be fixed. Sometimes it's as simple as having some physical therapy.
