Ineed information on how blood pressure works.

My blood pressure has been jumping from at he start 200/90 That is when my doctor gave me medication. Since then I have been in the 135/60 range. recently at my last visit to my doctor he discovered i was 189/80. He doubled my medication and gradually within 3days I dropped to 106/59. This mornig,the fourth day, I am back up to 137/69. What is happenning. please I need to know. Thank you . Customer (name blocked for privacy)
