I have a history of high anxiety, my pulse is around 108 but my blood pressure is normal. I feel lighted, dizzy, & sometimes weak when I'm walking around. It's been going on for two days now. What's possibly happening?

Hello

It could be your anxiety if you've been stressed more than usual.

More than likely it is that you aren't getting enough fluids. Be sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Your urine should be clear to light yellow. Any darker and you aren't getting enough water. Slight dehydration will cause pulse rate to go faster, and cause the light headedness.

The other thing it could be is hypoglycemia. This is another name for low blood sugar.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need more!

Eating hasn't changed the way I feel. I'm still weak & dizzy. I've been eating & drinking normally & am not dehydrated.
