i get dizzy blurred vision headache nosebleeds had a mri

I get dizzy,blurred vision,headache,nosebleeds. Had a MRI which was negative.

Have you had your blood pressure checked? Also, how much aspirin are you taking? The symptoms you list above could be the result of taking too much aspirin.
