I had severe nausea very suddenly today in the shower?

I woke up and got in shower after aboout 5 mins I developed severe nausea and started to gag. I got out of the shower thinking that i was going to throw up. I dry heeved a couple of times, sat on toilet and had a small bowel movement. I was feeling really weak but I proceeded to stand up and get back into the shower. Thirty seconds later I started to feel dizzy and my vision started to tunnel in on me. I sat down instantly, waited a few minutes, got enough energy to get myself to my bed. I felt extremely hot and my heart was beating rapidally. About 10 minutes of not moving I felt strong enough to start moving again, but ever since this spell I have been feel nauseated and weak. What is going on?
