my blood pressure is about 179 over 94 and i am having numbness in my finger tips and my toe tips. i have short but strong headaches, i have an excited feeling all the time as if something is about to happen, i can't stay asleep for more than 4 hours, my back and shoulders stay sore,and i've been taking tylenol pm four about 2 years straight to help me sleep and that's not working anymore. could this be hypertention or anxiety ? thank you

It sounds more like anxiety to me. Your blood pressure is on the high side of normal, and I'm not sure that would cause all the symptoms you are describing.

As far as the tylenol PM, you have gained a tolerance to it and it doesn't work anymore. Do not increase the dosage or you risk liver damage from too much tylenol.

I suggest you speak to a doctor or a mental health professional about all your symptoms. You don't have to live his way, and help is out there.
