I am a male, 30 years old, weigh 200lbs, 6' 4". Recently I have been experiencing pain above my right breast, about 3 inches above my right nipple. It hurts to touch it, when I breathe heavy, sneezing or when lifting with my right arm. Now I feel a lump(knot) in the spot and is sore. I have had this for a couple of weeks and today it seems to have gotten worse. I don't know if I pulled a muscle or something more serious. I am in good health. I am on high blood pressure medication and 50mg Zoloft, both for a long time. Any help would be great, Thanks
