My ANA titer is positive with a centromere pattern, my TSH is 4.9, I have Reynaud's, IBS, GERD and I have passed out twice because my blood pressure is 80/40. My fatigue is overwhelming and I have severe right upper abdominal pain that radiates through to my back. I also have occasional chest pain and palpitations. My GP thinks I'm depressed and I need more sleep. What kind of a physician should I be seeking out for these symptoms? Thank You.
