I take blood pressure medications and i noticed tonight when I went to the restrooom the end of my penis looks very red and swollen what can cause this ? I do not take any erectile medications ! I did have a 24 hour virus a couple of days ago is this unusal ? there is no pain but i think i have a slight fever ?
