Hi the normal blood pressure level should be 120/80, with a pressure this high you need to seek help immediately. I recommend going to the E.R. as this is a very high pressure.

im unable to go A&E as have children in bed and with no one to turn to i now im getting worst as my BP reader is indicating is there any thing i can do to help myself untill morning please, thank you in your helpful response.
