I desperately need to lose weight for my health. I received an ad for EquiTrim. It advertises a quick and safe loss with no side effects. Because I have hypertension and this pill has sodium in it, is it really safe for me? The directions are to take one tablet every 5 days and you will lose 6 lbs, then another tablet in 5 days and you will lose 12 lbs., 3 tabs-18lbs., etc. Is this a safe tablet?

IT WOULD NOT BE MY SUGGESTION

MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO EAT THREE MEALS A DAY OF A LEAN MEAT, A FROZEN OR FRESH VEGETABLE (TENDER COOKED) AND POTATOES RICE OR BEANS FOR YOUR STARCHR/COMPLEX CARB. ALL IN SMALL TO MODERATE PORTIONS AND DO NOT SNACK ACCEPT ON RAW VEGETABLES WITH NO DIP.

IT WILL COME OFF SLOWER AND YOU WILL GRADUALLY SHRINK YOUR STOMACHE AND WILL NOT WANT AS MUCH FOOD. THEN KEEP EATING THAT WAY.

IF U HAVE NO METABOLIC, PITUATARY OR THYROID PROBLEMS YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE OF WEIGHT SENSIBLY LIKE THIS.

I DO NOT THINK THERE IS A MAGIC BULLET. IT TAKES TIME, EFFORT, DESIRE, AND DETERMINATION, AND CONSISTENCY.

ONCE YOU GET IT OFF IN A HEALTHY MANNER YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MAY EVEN GO DOWN.
