foot swells

I have a foot that swells from time to time. Sometime my other foot swells but 95% of the time it's just one. It doesn't hurt are is dis-colored. I had a full exam about 6 months ago. Everything check out fine expect my blood pressure was 130/75. I was put on medication for a trial period. I haven't been back to the doctor in about 3 or 4 months.
