Fatigue, Back ache, Neck ache, headache and chilly

Yesterday I started feeling very fatigued, back ache in the middle until the end of the day, headache, stomach discomfort, somewhat chilled (no fever) and dull neck ache. I am overweight, yet I have low cholesterol and low blood pressure and I'm 29 years old with 2 children. Do you think I should be concerned enough to go to a doctor or do you think it could be a fluke virus that will go away on its own?
