Ejaculation headache

I have a very bad headache right after having an ejaculation. It starts in my neck and runs up the back of my head. It feels as though my head is about to explode. What could be the problem?

It sounds like you may be experiencing headaches that are medically known as coital cephalalgia. They can be very painful, but they typically are benign and don’t lead to anything serious. Headaches during or after sex in which orgasm take place is very common due to the sudden change in your body’s blood pressure and blood flow as well as the muscle contractions that take place in your head and neck area during sexual intercourse.
