my friend xabie just had a baby girl 12 weeks early and now ...

my friend xabie just had a baby girl 12 weeks early and now xabie has swelling in her hands, and some in her face ,but her ankels and feet are really swollen especially her ankles.what could be causeing this?.

yes, she did have elevated blood pressue occur during her pregnacy. and the swelling started right after she had the baby on 7-17-06.
