Sir the following can be replaced for Calcium Channel Blockers. I would strongly suggest your talking with your primary on this prior to any sudden changes of meds. He will be able to better inform you but your current med does cause side effects that your encountering.
You may also with doctors approval break your Norvasc in half and take at different times.
Elevation of your feet will help and there are therapeutic stockings made for Edema swelling as well. Also reduce you salt intake as well.

I am also including a useful link on Edema. As NORVASC is indicated for high blood pressure and angina. In clinical trials, the most common side effects for NORVASC versus placebo were edema (8.3% vs 2.4%), headache (7.3% vs 7.8%), fatigue (4.5% vs 2.8%), and dizziness (3.2% vs 3.4%).
