i was recently diagnoised with hemoragenic kidney cysts in my right kidney which my doctor now believes to be cancer, my hemoglobin has dropped down to 8, four times in the last 6 months and rather then to have them do any thing i eat foods loaded in iron and cram as much ensure with irion as i can stand until i bring it back up, my question is this all though my doctor doesn't seem to be concerned about this reacourring system i keep a close watch on my blood preasure and pulse rate i have found that when i am bleeding inside even though i can not see when this is happening my blood preasure and things will run lower than it usally does, should i be concerned when i notice this drop, is this symptom common in people diagnoised with my condition, and if so is it dangerous ?
