The back of my head is stinging / burning no headache but much discomfort ? any ideas Thanks for your help

Reply to James's Post: I'm not sure if the other things are related, but the past week having strange dreams, anxiety attacks, little things that don't matter are starting to upset me, hands shaking, chest hurting slightly, short fuse on non material matters. As I sit here and contiplate on going to the emergency room, the stinging in the back of my head now to the 1 1/2 hour mark is in and out. when it hits like a pulse it makes that part of my head ache but not in the way of a headache. Maybe kinda like a tooth ache feeling. No redness or inflimation no known reason why it hurts nothing makes pain go away cause I haven't had this happen befor so I have not tried anything. nothing makes it worse. I was just talking to a friend and he said that he's heard of this befor and it turned out to be a blood pressure problem any thoughts on that.
