My 22 year old daughter has been experiencing dizziness, face-tingling, rapid eye movement off and on for over a year and a half. It is becoming more often and she has slight headaches with it and she also has left-hand tingling. She has had her hearing tested, MRI, several blood tests (slightly abnormal ANA), spinal tap, prednisone IV treatment for three days, with no definite diagnosis. Most tests are normal. Blood pressure is good, slightly low sometimes. She's been to a neurologist, neuro-opthamologist, and rheumatologist. She has a pressure in her head and says she feels like a water movement at times and a dead-air sound in her ears. Doctors have guessed at lupus, MS, and migraines. We are concerned at this time about the hand and facial tingling. Please give us some ideas as to what might be causing this and when an emergency room visit may be necessary.
