what is causing my dizzy spells

in august last year i was hit on the back of neck and shoulder area with an approx. 180 lb. pallet at work. recently i been getting dizzy spells that wont go away. i am a 41 yr. old female in good health. is there something i should do and what could this be? is it related to being hurt at work?                            thanks, donna
