glucose is 1s 183

I have diabetes and take glucophage and glyburide
and insulin at times.

I do feel dizzy at times.

I live alone with just my cat.

I do feel depressed most of the time.

Systemic diseases like . kidney disease, thyroid disorders are responsible for vertigo.

Get Thyroid levels checked and also Renal function tests.You also need to get checked Serum Cholestrol levels.

-Also get A councelling from Psychitatrist.

.-Practice Yoga and Meditation to relax yourself.

-Go for Light Herbal Body Massage.

-Take a multivitamin capsule once a day , daily.

- Take Fresh fruits and vegetables.

-Get yourself busy in hobbies.

To beat depression you can take Antidepressant medications like Paxil.

Get blood work done and consult a Psychitatrist,
