Hello,

Thank you for letting me know his pulse rate and blood sugar. Elevation of the blood pressure increase shortness of breath by the decompansation of the CHF. He may need the dose of the lisinopril increased or he may need to be put on an other high blood pressure medication such as hydrochlorothiazide or lasix. I suggest to you to get in touch with his doctor by phone immediately, if you can not talk to his doctor immediately, take him to an urgent care center to bring his blood pressure under control such as top number 140 or around 140. The bottom number is good since it is under 90.
