I have a pain right where my sternum is. Had it when I woke up and it won't go away. It does not get worse but has not gotten better with tylenol. What can it be? I had a total work up on my heart 1 1/2 years ago when I had a scare with chest squeezing. It was nothing and my heart was in great shape.

no pain to the arms
pulse is 72 bpm. don't know bp but have never had hypertension
no difficulty breathing
grandfather on my dad's side had heart trouble
5'1" 111 lbs.
no acid reflux (rarely)
40 yrs F
