My mother has a tremor in her Lft hand caused by Parkinsons, she has been px Propanolol 40mg one tablet OD, which she has just started taking to try and reduce the tremor, she has taken 2 tablets so far and says she feels tired and a bit 'waffy', (normal side effects I believe) she is also on Bendrofluozide 2.5mg, as a diuretic. Both these drugs as you are aware are also used to treat Hypotension, should she be on both or just one. She has a regular B.P of 120/70. ( I am Staff Nurse by the way!)

As long as her blood pressure remains stable and she does not experience postural hypotension then taking both propranolol and bendrofluazide is not a problem. In your mother's case we would be guided by the combination of her blood pressure and her clinical response. The 40mg strength is very low and although in the early days she may feel slightly strange, this should improve in a couple of days. Do continue to take her blood pressure over the next few days. And take both standing and sitting/lying levels.
