VARIOUS HEALTH ISSUES?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY BOWEL MOVEMENTS FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS NOW. IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE I AM GETTING RID OF ALL MY BOWEL. I ALSO FEELING PULSATIONS ALL THROUGHOUT MY BODY. I AM NOT GETTING OVER A FEVER. THE SYMTOMS OF MY FEVER WERE A STIFF NECK (BUT I COULD MOVE IT) SORE THROAT, AND SEVERE HEADACHE. MY HANDS AND NAILS ALSO TURN PALE WHITE FROM TIME TO TIME AND I NOTICED THAT THE VEINS IN MY LEGS ARE VERY DARK. WHAT IS THIS A SIGN OF? SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
