about 1 week ago, i developed what looked like a pimple/boil on my vagina lip. i can see where its draining, but its not all gone, i can feel the swelling and it hurts. what do i do about this?Optional Information: Female , Age: 41Already Tried: ichthomil, neosporin, hot compresses
