I've been having fatigue spells (20 minutes to 3 hours), dizzy spells(random, lasting a few seconds, sometimes making me nausiated), and a suppressed appetite. I've had blood work done and everything is completely normal. I don't have mono, I don't have hypothyroidism, I don't have diabetes. What could be causing these spells?

Have you been tested for hypoglycemia? You would need a Glucose Tolerance Test done to diagnose this.

The only other thing I can think of is dehydration. Are you drinking plenty of water each day?
