After the end of my periods a weeks ago, I have had this strange brown discharge with blood clots until now. I've also had a dull ache- quite similar to period pains in my stomach and lower back. My period was quite unusual and heavy this months with extremely bad pains I was walking hunched up and couldn't leave the house without taking strong pain killers. My period went on for longer than usual. I have recently had a smear and chose to get tested for infections- but they all came back clear. I'm 24, on the pill and in a relationship. My freind thinks I may have had a miscarriage as I was on antibiotics for a bladder infection. But I read somewhere that sometimes women get a brown discharge following a period and it's just the body cleaning itself. What do you think it could be??Optional Information: Female , Age: 24
