Yes, I am 32 year old male. I have a question regarding male genetalia. Of late, is seem that my scrotum has been shrinking. Basically, the area becomes very tight, and there's not elasticity in the area. It almost feels lik e a lack of blood flow. I have also noticed the same thing with my penis. It seems to be doing the same thing. Is this normal.?
