When I went to the restroom earlier today, what looked like a soft bloodclot came from the end and out of my penis. I have used the restroom 3 other times today and it has happened all 3 other times. I also had a discharge of blood in my underwear. What might this be? No pain anywhere or discomfort. Thank you.
