I have been donating Plasma in my area for about 6 months now but in the last 3 weeks they have not been able to get the blood to flow is clots very easy for some reason. The only thing I can think of is the past 4 weeks Ive been drinking a whey protein shake with 2%milk every morning for breakefast. is this the reason that my blood has been cloting so good. I drink lots of water juice mist free ect b4 I go but today the blood clot at the end of the needle. thay said take a baby aspern every daywould help. and ill try that but is the whey protein made with milk be also be the problem.. thanks for your help in this matter. I cant think of anything else it can be..
