Leg pain of mother
Sent to Health Experts April 10 12:35 PM

Mom is 88 and in relatively good health. For three days she has had a pain located about 4 inches below her knee. She describes it as a constant mild pain with recurrent ocassional stabbing pain like a "hot poker". The constant pain she rates as a "1" and the stabbing pain as a "9" on a 10 scale. Is this a symptom of a blood clot? She is visiting and scheduled to fly home tomorrow. Question....should she see a Dr. now or can it wait until she is home?
