a 31 year old male who checked is blood suger at 5:30pm and it was 358 and abput an hour and half later it was 115 and about 45min later it dropped to 31 what would cause this and the person showed no signs of being hyperglycemic

What was the blood sugar just prior to the 358? Did he take any insulin when he got the reading of 358? If so, how much and is within the usual amount he would normally take? How did he feel when it was 358, then 115, and when it was 31?

Reply to Judy's Post: i am not sure wahat his blood sugar level was prior to 358. he was acting very hyper and confused. he takes regular and i believe 70/30 he was acting fine the whole time my question us can his sugar drop from 358 to 31 in the matter of about 2-3 hours thank you
