I have a skin problem. I have a redness underneath my skin. It is not a rash. It looks like red dots. It is spreading. There is no irritation or itchiness. I am self-conscious about it. I think it looks awful. It looks kind of like a hickey or blood vessels. Thanks.

cortisone creams. They dont work because it is underneath the skin.
