My white blood cell count is currently 13.5, I know that that is higher than normal. I am concerned that this could mean luekemia or something like that. I have searched the internet for what my particular WBC means, but I can only find normal ranges. Can you tell me if I should be worried?

In the chronic phase of leukemia a patient's white blood cell count can sometimes be greater than 200,000/uL consisting of predominantly granulocytes (especially neutrophils). Do you know any of your other lab values. It's not possible to suggest a diagnosis based on one lab value. Your slightly elevated white count is most likely an infection.
