Who do I need to check with, Eye Dr, or Onc?

I have had a very sudden change in my vision. Last 4 days, progressively worse. Blood Sugar tested at 100. I have stage IV breast cancer, I am currently only taking FASOLDEX and ARIDIEA and AMBIEN my tumor markers have been steady, so I took a break from chemo, now the markers are headed back up
