I have little bumps all over the opening of my vagina but they don't itch or hurt, what could it be?

Hi

Vaginal bumps could be a couple different things.

1. Genital warts, or HPV

Read about it here:
http://www.niaid.nih.gov/factsheets/stdhpv.htm

2. Sebaceous Cysts

Read about those here:
http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/1016.html

If you are unsure, please have a doctor look at them. If HPV is not treated, it could progress to abnormal cervical cells and possibly cancer cells.

Until you know, practice safe sex. Genital warts are contagious, and if you have a regular partner, you may want to have him/her checked too.

Hope that helps,

Kerry
