sore on breast

I have had a knot on the bottom of my breast for about 2 weeks now and have noticed it getting bigger. I've been wearing a patch on it to keep it from rubbing. This morning I woke up and took the patch off and it began to ooze puss. This afternoon I took the patch off and it was still pussing and there is a hole in the bump and blood. What should I do?? Do you know what this is?
