hand rash????

I started getting these little bumps on my hands, and now its spreading all over my hand on bottom and top. they are like in little clusters. they are not open, they almost look like they are under the skin. I switched detergents because i thought maybe it was the new detergent but it is still spreading, i am not sure what to use on it.
I dont have insurance so i am looking for somehthing over the counter

Does it itch? Is it causing little open areas? Are they the same color as your skin? Lighter? Darker? What color?

It does not itch, they are not open, they are just bumping up everywhere on my hands and starting down a little on the inside of my wrist. they are just very unsightly and more are coming everyday. it just looks like little bumps. I noticed one or two a couple weeks ago and then more and more came, clusters are now forming
